He completed his post-grad studies at San Michelle all’Adige Technical Institute, with a specialization in Winemaking and Enology. He graduated with honors.
He earned his bachelors degree from la Universitá degli Studi di Milano and majored in Winemaking and Enology. He graduated July 16th, 2008 with the maximum scores and mentions.
After graduating, he worked at Perla del Garda vineyard, where he begins his specialization in agriculture and enology in various white wine varieties like Chardonnay and Lugana, as well as the elaboration of high quality sparkling wine.
In May 2011 he moves to Chile to work in the Sparkling Wine Limarí project where he is currently working in the Agriculture and Enology area.
