Gemma Limarí

METHOD

Gemma is elaborated using the Traditional Method, which means that its second fermentation process occurs inside the bottle. It is produced in Chile’s first cellar that specializes in this kind of process.

The grapes are harvested early in order to obtain the right amount of acidity and a low alcohol content in order to realize two fermentations and maintain Gemma’s characteristic freshness.

Gemma is kept in its bottle for at least 24 months, which gives the sparkling wine its elegant and fine characteristics, capturing the elements of the Limari’s earth.
