The traditional Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes are the ones that
give birth to Gemma, tilled in the Limarí’s Valley itself,
Chalinga Area. Since 2008 certificated as organic.
With this farming the pursuit is to give the grapes
good levels of acidity, varietal composition and
minerality to give origin to sparkling wines of excellence.

The grapes are harvested early to get the
needed acidity that extends in the freshness of the
sparkling wines despite them being stored for 2 years.
